In addition to being a sought after speaker, Torin leads Seaenna, an award-winning leadership boutique that integrates coaching, nano-documentaries, and facilitated live experiences to deliver Learning & Development people remember. With over a decade of experience facilitating top-rated learning and two prestigious Gold Telly Awards for corporate learning content, he brings a rare blend of storytelling, strategy, and stage presence that transforms the way leaders learn and grow.

Torin’s early career spanned an award-winning advertising sales team at Bloomberg LP, global marketing for a startup advancing inclusive storytelling, and selection into the inaugural TED Residency—an incubator for breakthrough ideas at TED.

Committed to carrying forward the legacy of leadership of his late great mentor Frances Hesselbein, Torin serves on the Advisory Board of the Frances Hesselbein Leadership Forum, and worked on funding support and communications efforts for her biographical feature-length documentary Defining Moments (Spring 2025).

Torin lives in California with his wife and two children and enjoys basketball, music, parenting, and being a good friend.
