Leveraging a decade of excellence facilitating top-rated Learning & Development, Torin serves as Founder, L&D Partner, & Executive Producer at Seaenna, a leadership boutique. Seaenna integrates coaching, nano-documentaries, and facilitated live experiences to deliver Learning & Development people remember.

Torin’s stories and ideas have inspired audiences at leading conferences and companies including the likes of Convening Leaders, Transform, Inbound, Cisco, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, and many more. His work has earned numerous accolades, including 2x Gold Telly Awards for corporate learning content and writing contributor to 2x APEX Award-Winning leadership journals. Torin is also the bestselling author of Who Am I to Lead? The World is Waiting for You, described by the late great Frances Hesselbein as “a rejuvenating force in the world of leadership.”

Torin was previously part of an award-winning advertising sales team at Bloomberg LP, and co-led the launch of the company’s first Black employee resource group. He also formerly led worldwide marketing for a startup focused on inclusive storytelling, and was chosen for the inaugural TED Residency, an incubator for breakthrough ideas.

Committed to uplifting humanity and inclusive leadership for generations to come, Torin serves on the Advisory Board of the Frances Hesselbein Leadership Forum, and worked on funding support and communications efforts for the feature-length documentary Defining Moments: The Life and Leadership of Quiet Revolutionary Frances Hesselbein (coming Spring 2025).

Torin lives in California with his wife and two children and enjoys basketball, music, parenting, and being a good friend.
