Torin Perez is an award-winning storyteller, leadership expert, and bestselling author of Who Am I to Lead? The World is Waiting for You. On a mission to activate leadership that shapes great workplaces, Torin has worked with some of the world's most respected organizations including Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Great Place to Work, and many more.

As Founder of Seaenna, the leadership activation company, Torin partners with organizations to activate leadership that builds trust, strengthens culture, and drives performance. Seaenna's work has earned multiple Telly Awards for excellence in workplace culture, employee recognition, corporate image, and documentary storytelling, including four Gold Telly Awards in 2025.

Torin's career has been shaped by bold ideas, breakthrough achievements, and a commitment to storytelling that drives meaningful change. A former TED Resident, he has coached fellow TED speakers whose ideas have reached more than 30 million people worldwide. His alma mater, Lafayette College, recognized him as one of 16 alumni Changemakers from the past 50 years.

Torin is deeply committed to carrying forward the leadership legacy of his late great mentor, Frances Hesselbein. He serves on the Board of the Leader to Leader Institute and contributed to Defining Moments, the award-winning documentary celebrating her extraordinary life and leadership.

Based in California with his wife and two children, Torin loves basketball, music, parenting, and being a good friend.
